So, guys, AMC Theater (one of the leading cinema chains in America and Europe, with 620 theaters throughout the United States and 358 other theaters throughout Europe.) Twitter netizens agree on adopting Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash as online payments. It didn’t expect the Twitter poll get a lot of responses from netizens.

I sincerely want to hear your opinion, via this Twitter Poll. By year-end 2021, AMC will take Bitcoin, Etherum, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash for online payments. I hear from many on my Twitter feed we should accept Dogecoin too. Do you think AMC should explore accepting Dogecoin?

Well, Following the overwhelmingly positive response to the poll, Adam Aron finally announced that cinemas would officially accept Dogecoin payments for digital gift cards via BitPay Wallet.

Because of that decision, the die hard fans of Dogecoin was excited, and flocked to tweet their support for Aron’s decision. Users can now purchase digital gift cards worth up to $200 per day. Theatergoers can redeem these cards in theaters across the United States.

Seeing the fanaticism of this Doge die hard fans, Aron was amazed even to state that the tweet poll was the most retweeted, most replied to, most liked tweet out of all the tweets he had posted.

Well, it turns out, AMC’s move is also in line with the largest cinema operator in Thailand, Major Cineplex Group, which is pioneering the first crypto project that will allow moviegoers to buy tickets with established digital assets such as Bitcoin.
