Bearish is a condition in the crypto market where the market is experiencing a downtrend or weakening. The decline in the crypto market was influenced by economic growth which slowed down and even decreased from the previous year. Some of the factors are rising unemployment, trade balance deficit, negative growth in corporate profits, and other factors.
When the market sentiment is bearish, it means the price is going down. For example, a bearish investor sells his crypto asset Company A because they believe the price will fall. Other bearish investors in emerging markets sell all of their positions in those markets and allocate that capital elsewhere. Investors can be bearish in every corner of the market, from foreign exchange to precious metals and commodities.
In contrast to bears, bullish is a positive trend that occurs in the crypto market, where the state of the crypto market is rising. If this is the case, investors and traders should not have to worry about their assets.
When the market is bullish or bearish, you still do your own research (DYOR) when you want to buy or sell crypto assets!
