Binary code is a system of representing numbers, characters, and instructions using a combination of the binary numbers 0 and 1. Binary code is a language used by computers to store, process, and communicate digital information.

In binary code, each individual digit is called a bit (binary digit). The combination of eight bits is called a byte, which can be used to represent one ASCII character or low-level machine instruction.

The advantages of binary code are its simple data representation and easy implementation using ON/OFF digital logic gates. All computing on a computer, including blockchain, uses data manipulation in the form of this binary code of 0s and 1s.
